Practicing The Push Pass

Once you have got the technique right, yoe should practice the push pas in a more game like manner

Points to Note: 

• The server "serves" the ball between two cones that act as a target
• The server "serves" the ball to the left and the right of the player
• Player keeps their eyes on the ball all the time
• The player moves in line with the ball as quickly as possible
