Soccer skills form the foundation of all good soccer players.

There are many attributes that make up a good soccer player, such as fitness, determination, athletic ability, courage.  However having a good first touch and good ball control is the foundation on which most soccer programs are based.

The key to success is through repetition.

Too many times I have seen young players think that they have achieved a level of ball mastery, just because they can do the drill once.

12 Minutes a day is all it takes

Time is a precious commodity in developing children, there are so many activities that children participate in, so it necessary to make the best use of time.  The following practise session takes about 12 minutes. So if you can devote 12 minutes a day to improving your soccer by using these soccer drills, I can guaranteed that you will have a dramatic improvement in your ball skills.

I have incorporated this 12 minute session in nearly all of  the warm ups for both training and pre match, with great results, but for the best results you should practise them at home too!
